If you are unhappy with any of your items, please contact us - we're unhappy when you tell others before telling us. Help us make it right first.
Due to more changes with Canada Post, all claims are circumstantial. We do our upmost to package well and according to their terms and bear in mind that each box experiences a drop of 3 feet (that's what they told us during our last refused claim) off the conveyor belt at the sorting facility! If you wish to choose other shipping methods (which will add cost) to your order, please contact us.
Please ensure you check your invoice against all purchases - any discrepancies MUST be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
It happens, we can't be perfect everyday!
Please note that there are no returns or refunds given on;
Fabric, harnesses, collars, bows or any type of clothing item or bedding as per CFIA guidelines (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) These items cannot legally be offered for resale and must be disposed of.
We ship everything via Canada Post, expedited service and aim to have everything on it's way (when stock available) within 24 hours* - orders received on Fridays are normally shipped the following Monday.
*Please try to keep in mind the time of year you are ordering as mid winter shipments may be prone to freezing.
We bear this in mind so try not to have your shipment hanging in limbo on a truck or unheated warehouse over a weekend if possible and may hold your order to ship on a Monday if you are in AB or BC.
