If you are unhappy with any of your items, please contact us - we're unhappy when you tell others before telling us. Help us make it right!

 We do our upmost to package well and bear in mind that each box experiences a drop of 3 feet off the conveyor belt at the sorting facility! Please inform us of any damages the day of receipt, along with pictures.

Please ensure you check your invoice against all purchases - any discrepancies MUST be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

It happens, we can't be perfect everyday!

Please note that there are no returns or refunds given on;

Fabric, harnesses, collars, bows or any type of clothing item, bedding or toy as per CFIA guidelines (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) These items cannot legally be offered for resale and must be disposed of.

We ship everything via Canada Post, expedited service or UPS and aim to have everything on it's way (when stock available) within 24 hours* - orders received on Fridays are normally shipped the following Monday.

*Please try to keep in mind the time of year you are ordering as mid winter shipments may be prone to freezing.

We bear this in mind so try not to have your shipment hanging in limbo on a truck or unheated warehouse over a weekend if possible and may hold your order to ship on a Monday if you are in AB or BC.

If any of your ordered items arrives frozen, please allow it to gently thaw at room temperature without excess heat. This should not disturb the integrity of the ingredients.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders and refund payment, if your order is of a size, weight or value which makes it too cost prohibitive for us to honour our flat rate shipping offer, or due to your location.
