Options for ordering online;
We try to make our online store as user friendly as possible but you may still have questions;
Q: I want to pay by credit card but don't have a PayPal account, how can I?
A: Just click on the option "Pay by Credit Card" and follow the prompts on the page that appears to "Continue as a guest". You do not need to have a PayPal account even though it looks like it is PayPal that pops up, they are just our processing company for online purchases.
Q: I want to do a pick up at Stirlings, when will it be there?
A: We try to have all orders placed through the week delivered to Stirlings within 24 hours. We do NOT do deliveries or shipments on the weekend so if you know that is when you want to pick up your order, please have it completed before noon on a Friday. Please watch for an email from the website (check your junk folder too) as one will be sent when the order has been received at Stirlings.
Q: I want to pick up at "Head Office" (our location), surely I can order anytime and I don't want to pay shipping!
A: We hear you! You may certainly select to pick up from us directly but please note, we are not always here so still please process during weekdays and wait for your email (check your junk folder) to let you know it is ready for pick up. (Please read ALL the info while processing your order as it will also tell you a coupon code to use to waive the $9.50 handling fee!)
Q: I can't find an item I used to order from you, can I still get it?
A: If the item is still available from our supplier, then YES! As it is not something we regularly stock, you may contact us to process a SPECIAL ORDER - Please note ALL special orders will require payment in advance. We will then add your items to our next stock order and once your order is complete, we will ship it alltogether.

We ship everything via UPS or Canada Post and aim to have everything on it's way (when stock available) within 24 hours* - orders received on Fridays are normally shipped the following Monday.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders and refund payment, if your order is of a size, weight or value which makes it too cost prohibitive for us to honour our free shipping offer, or due to your location.

*Please try to keep in mind the time of year you are ordering as mid winter shipments may be prone to freezing.

We bear this in mind so try not to have your shipment hanging in limbo on a truck or unheated warehouse over a weekend if possible and may hold your order to ship on a Monday if you are in AB or BC.
