We believe in the products we have so much so we offer a 100% no quibble guarantee. If you’re not happy with any of the products, just ship it back to us, at your cost, for a full replacement or refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot forsee the way your goods are handled once they leave our sight, so we cannot extend this to breakages or spillages. However, we are aware that things can get roughly handled during shipment so we do our utmost to take this into consideration when picking your orders.

We can also offer the option of pickup directly from us if it’s convenient for you to do so and special arrangements can be made with our local clients for us to drop off their orders in person during our next sales visit.
